So, Yesterday I went to Light in a Box to get a few T-shirts as I always go to, and at the check out got the message that they no longer ship to Australia.

They were fine 6 months ago, go figure.🤷‍♀️

China is not boycotting Australia.
Yes, they have imposed tariffs on certain commodities to make it unviable for the exporters.
Australia is finding other countries to deal with.
Plus China is starting to realise that they need our products. They are backpedaling on coal. Their industries are hurting.
In regards to T Shirts? Maybe that particular company has gone out of business.

Yeah, but their website is still up and running.

Official relations between Australia and China have been strained in recent years. The two countries have been involved in a trade dispute since 2020, when Australia called for an investigation into the origins of the coronavirus and China responded by imposing new tariffs, which are ongoing today!

And we still don't have an answer for the origins.

It's called tit for tat politics - plus china don';t like aussie submarines in the South China Sea!! they used to love our wine and that will be the next to come back on line. and we will let more chinese students in for studying - swings and roundabouts ?? the swoped the semi-freedom of HK for ideologies - big country China but they still want little bits of rock back and barren areas like Tibet - it's called greed and we probably all suffer from that!
