Is living by sundial time healthier?

I have a sundial in my yard in an effort to have more stabilization within in myself. I also have a clock in my house that has no numbers on the face, there are just line divisions and I set high noon to what would be the 12 o'clock setting This is something that I have done in my past and now that I am retired it is so much easier to do. The times involved with it are sunrise, mid-morning, high noon, midafternoon and sunset. I wake up in the morning and by mid-morning I proceed on to do things that I feel need attending to this is halfway between sunrise and high noon. At high noon is break time and lay down in the sunshine time. Then at midafternoon is time to stop working on the things I feel needing attending this is halfway between high noon and sunset. I have started doing this again because I am tired of hearing people arguing about daylight saving time and standard time. This is something I learned growing up from grandparents and farm animals. I think it is a more calming way to go through your days and keeping your cycles in a rhythm.
