I doubt anything comes of it, but I always wondered how the Giants and Jets could move out New York and still be deemed New York.

It is a Diversity Class Action compliant:

1st Cause of action:
False Advertising.

2nd COA:
Deceptive practices.

3rd COA:
Civil RICO

4th COA:
Unjust enrichment

The Prayer for damages include team name proper adjustments, compensatory damages of 2 Billion, Punitive damages of 4 Billion.

Unknown if it has merit at this time, still, I would not term it legally frivolous. Until a responsive pleading is filed, an Answer or such, then there will be more to evaluate it on?
