It doesn't feel all that long ago.

If you're like everybody, you went to school. You either graduated or left school, probably when you were in your late teens. That's when you thew off the shackles of childhood, and bravely forged ahead into adulthood. In my case, I got some McDonalds, watched some TV and went to bed. That was in my late teens. And frankly, that doesn't seem ALL that long ago. Yeah, it's been decades. And a lot of things have happened. But, still, it doesn't feel all that long ago?

When I was 18, I thought 21 was far, far off in the future. Now that I'm 70, I realize that 90 is just around the corner.

Remember being 15 and how loooooooong a year was until you turned 16 and could get a drivers license?
