It pays to complain

The website nextdoor.com has been mentioned by a few people here, so I'm posting a question. I have an account, but can't find the answer to this:

a local company has been way out of line with their practices. I believe locals need to know about this so they can hire a different company for those services. As the info is too extensive to simply post on the site, do they allow links?
