It's Natl. Popcorn Day !

I love popcorn, one of the two banks where I bank and the local Ace Hardware both have a self serve free popcorn machine in them and I always grab a bag (or two ).....then it seems like I spend the rest of the day trying to get the husks out of my teeth.

We have a home hardware store that has one of those old fashioned big class popcorn makers that’s made daily free for customers. It’s a nice

When I do have popcorn I make it in the microwave in one of those containers they sell specifically for that purpose.

But I haven’t had it in a long time.

I wonder how people discovered that corn would pop and that it was good to eat?
