Do you guys have Tinga around you? That place has worked out great for us. They have these huge burritos. They have a mole dish that my wife likes a lot...

No and I've never heard of that place. I make our own mole; cheating a little bit by buying a jar of mole already made. I add a couple of ingredients. Oh, is Tinga a food item? I misunderstood you.
