Bioluminescent has always fascinated me wether water or clouds. I'd love to photograph it some day!

Fabulous photos, you have to be in the right place at the right time. Was there a blue moon in 2012? A photographer caught a memorable scene as the moon rose. I have searched and searched, finally found it on the local newspaper archive.
