Jay Leno

The last time I heard him on a podcast, he said he doesn’t have a will. Likely everything is joint with Mavis. Then $350 Million up for grabs

I enjoy him on Last Man Standing.
 
I loved his show! He said that he and his wife lived off of his weekend jobs instead of his salary. He said his dad always worked two jobs to support the family so he did too. On weekends he did shows at the casinos and other private gigs. He and his wife banked his salary from the Tonight shows and lived on his weekend money. I liked the fact that he supported his wife's various charities. She was very active in charities involving the mutilation of young girls in other countries.
 
I didn't care for him as a young standup comedian but he grew on me over the years and I miss him.

I read a story about Jay Leno, a few years ago that mentioned his Tonight Show salary was just shy of $40 million a year, and according to the story, Mr. Leno, made more doing standup than he did doing the Tonight Show.

Exactly, unlike the Kardashians and Miley Cyrus (just to name two) who are in the news ALL... THE... TIME. 🥱

Another Hollywood star who we rarely (if ever) here of... Denzel Washington.

So easy to have respect for people like that.
 
I attended a taping of his show with a friend. I also ran into him at a newsstand several years ago. He was driving an exotic race car that was not street legal; I think it had only a driver's seat & no doors. I asked him if it had air conditioning & a CD player........HAHA.
I met his wife while I was helping my boss set up a booth at a health expo. I asked her if he lets her drive his cars. She gave me a shocked look.
His wife was on the show once. He introduced her by saying, "My next guest is the only Tonight Show guest I've ever slept with."
