Jeopardy silly scenario with a moral tale

The man doesn't know.3.jpg
The man doesn’t know that there is a snake underneath. The woman doesn’t know that there is a stone crushing the man. The woman thinks: “I am going to fall! And I can’t climb because the snake is going to bite me! Why can’t the man use a little more strength and pull me up!” The man thinks: “I am in so much pain! Yet I’m still pulling you as much as I can! Why don’t you try and climb a little harder!?”

The moral is— you can’t see the pressure the other person is under, and the other person can’t see the pain you’re in. This is life, whether it’s with work, family, feelings or friends, we should try to understand each other. Learn to think differently, perhaps more clearly and communicate better. A little thought and patience goes a long way. Be kind to people. Everyone we meet is fighting their own battle.

Yes. We must all start to be kind to others. The nasty atmosphere towards others in the U.S. is terrible. That picture shows quite a dilemma.
I've a dilemma myself, trying to decide how the woman arrived in her position without knowing the man is being crushed by a rock, (was she knocked unconscious when the rock hit him, and has woken up musing about things, and in shock so much she can't speak to ask him why he isn't pulling her up, and tell him about the snake, or is she just stupid, and in a bad mood so not speaking?)?
It is good when films treat each other well, and there is fun and harmony, or even falling out and falling in again! :) .

Since they are facing each other, why doesn't he tell her that there is a boulder on him? And why doesn't she yell, "Snake?" They are both stupid.

That's not the best illustration to use in denoting your point @grahamg cuz its so unrealistic....I do agree with the second paragraph that we all forget to keep in mind on a daily basis.....

Not mine though, (just something a friend posted elsewhere?). However, I cant think of a better picture right now to try to illustrate the point they wish to make, can you  ?

I think the guy with a rock on his back maybe has slightly more excuse for being unable to speak, and all in all I dont fancy his chances of survival in any event!.

Can people not speak to one another if they are not facing each other then?:whistle: .

I think she'll survive if she forgets her fear of the snake, and trusts to luck on that score, climbs herself up using his arm, (maybe standing on the snake or snake ledge when she gets close to the top?). Then if she isn't in too bad a mood, she can maybe assist the man by shifting the boulder, (do you reckon I'm over thinking this thing? 🤯).
