After a steady diet of Ian Fleming books, one day by chance I stumbled upon a book by Le Carre (A Perfect Spy). Initially I was disappointed with the plot (no spy gadgets, no high speed chases or beautiful double agents), but I slugged through it to see how it would end. By the time I finished the book I was hooked and I've read almost all of his books (some two or three times). If you love him (or hate him) I'm curious to hear your opinions and thoughts on any of his books.
