Just now a red FOX was

laying down in my back yard....the Mangy one I have been putting medicated
hot dogs out for, course it ran as soon as I opened the door, but I fixed a
couple more dog pieces and threw out for it....hope it will come back this evening,
and also set a cam up for it....we will see.......yay....

When we first moved to this forest, we had red foxes. One became quite tame and would follow me around when I was doing some work with my tractor. Then, a couple of the neighbors started raising chickens, and it wasn't long before they eliminated the foxes. I haven't seen one here in 8 or 10 years.

I've seen several come and go in this area last summer had
2 with 3 babies playing out in front yard at evening...they come
and go according to food source i believe....
