i subscribe to called the Daily Good that has a lot of informative and interesting material most of upbeat and aimed at creating full, healthy lives. Today's volume had two i thought might be of interest to people here:

This first is for everyone tho you may find as i did that some sources and your own experiences contradict some of what he says about sleep. But there could be whole other thread, or two about sleep issues in our age group. There's a video when you go to this but also a transcript of interview with author.

This one mostly aimed at the ladies, but reading it might be helpful to any man wanting to improve his relationships with women.

i subscribed to the newsletter a couple of years ago because one of my strategies against depression is not just focusing on upbeat things but on 'solutions' to any issues i'm having. DailyGood.org and Kindness.org have a lot of both including stories about people who make a positive difference in their corners of the world.
