Killing aphids naturally

I find a weak fairy liquid and water spray kills aphids really effectively on my roses.
However, is it safe to use on my vegetable plants too?

YES but you’re best to use liquid Castile soap in your very diluted soapy water

I have learned to be cautious when spraying a mild soapy solution on vegetables to get rid of aphids. I do not do it on hot sunny days because I have had the heat damage the leaves of the plants that have the soapy solution on them. I prefer cool days when it will rain later to wash the soap off or I wash the soap off hours later.
