I am new to the KK site but I was wondering how can the site tell you your email address does not exist, then it tells you the same address is already taken when you sign up. This happened while trying two different email addresses. Oh dear.

Hi Glackinjac, welcome! Many years ago I signed up for the Kim Komando newsletter and had no trouble with my email address. Are you using a valid email address? If anyone can tell it Kim and her people.
