Kitchen tool / appliance you love most, and any regret purchases?

My problem is space. I love my Instant Pot and keep it on the counter.
I often say I could get by with an Instant Pot and Air Fryer (don't own yet) and if my stove breaks I may not replace it.
I rarely use my crockpot as the Instant Pot has a slow cook feature. Not ready to get rid of my two crockpots quite yet though.

I just bought a new immersion blender. My old one was plastic so I couldn't use it to blend soup right in the pot. I'm looking forward to using this one. I could use it for smoothies too but my Magic Bullet works well for that. I put all the accessories out of the way and just keep the motor and the blender cup handy.

I agree that the big food processor is a pain to clean so only use it once in a while. I do like the mini processor. Very handy.

When my old 4 slice toaster went out I bought an inexpensive one from Amazon. Two slice, cool touch, bagel function, button pop up. I love it.

I have an old Advantium micro/hood. I always just used the microwave but in the last year I'm using the speed cook function more. Not as good as I think the new air fryers are but I'm making use until the whole thing goes out. I won't replace it. I have a good microwave in storage and I'd prefer a regular hood. This one is really not high enough from the stove. It's made for a more modern kitchen.

And, last. My mug warmer is my favorite! Keeps my coffee warm! And my coffeemaker. One side standard pot, one side Kherig style.
