Kittens Kittens Kittens Kittens

Yesterday evening one of the aides brought her daughter and two eight-week-old kittens to visit we were heading out when they were leaving, so I threw my chair into a higher gear chasing them down yelling stop stop. Sylvia came behind yelling stop, they heard us and stopped so we got to hold two purring kittens one black and one grey it was great, but just reminded me how much I miss having a cat.

When my mother was in assisted living the activities director had a golden retriever that roamed the facility and visited with residents and staff. When he got bored or tired he had a few favorite spots, indoors and out, to take a snooze.

One day the activities director was fired with just cause. That didn’t bother the residents as much as the fact that the old golden retriever wouldn’t be visiting them anymore.
