Not an avid french fry (chips) lover, but for some reason the krinkle cut dipped in malt vinegar with my fish and chips seems to taste better.

All in the head, I know.

Actually, that's about the only time I do eat fries, as I love fish and chips like mad.

I prefer crinkle cut chips.. they always seem to be more tender inside than straight chips

Thin or crinkle cut. Any way to increase the ratio of outside surface to mushy inside. Then a little salt and possibly ketchup.
