A severance package from Suntrust has a stipulation that laid off IT workers must help train their outsourced replacements and must be available/on call to help when needed for two years.

A 'continuing cooperation' clause and other than the severance package itself it must be done for free.
And as usual the taxpayers will pay under the TAA(trade adjustment assistance) or displaced worker program.
