Yes---The choice will be Corned Beef or Tuna Roll Cakes with Lemon Sauce.
Looks great Lon, you lucky to have such nice meals served to you on a daily basis. I'd go with the corned beef too, we usually buy a corned beef this time of year because they're on sale, but didn't this year. We usually made it whenever convenient though, not always on the holiday.
