Nipped up to the East Lancs Railway again yesterday. Much better conditions than last week. Lovely sunshine

I traveled by train, in 1967 .. Vancouver to Toronto - 3,000 miles
In the late '70s/early '80s, it was the Dayliner .. Niagara Falls to Toronto, often.
Last train trip was on the Overlander .. Adelaide, South Australia to Melbourne, Victoria. First time I used the shower on a train.

Wish I could ride the Santa Special .. I hope your grandson gets to ride on the Santa Special one day @-Oy-
