I believe all this about give and take in life but reading it made a lot more impact. Maybe some of you will take time to read it, I think it makes Life a lot more positive.

Years ago I had a friend who would give me things and I would say to her, "oh you don't have to do that, or you shouldn't have" and so one day she came back to me: Accept it with no strings as it's from my Heart.

The more you Give, the More you Receive, and I believe this.

I didn't read the link you posted but I do agree we should accept things from people that are giving them to us just because they want to. I usually give people things when they come to my house and I enjoy doing that. Sometimes it might just be a couple cans of beans, a microwave oven or a new bottle of body soap that someone gave me that I don't want.

I've felt sort of guilty at times when I've been given gifts that I don't like, but I smile and say thank you.
