Help me understand what’s going on here, please. What/where is Fleetwood and was there a bad storm? Is that why the boats are marooned in the mud at such odd angles?

Fleetwood is a fishing port just north of Blackpool in Lancashire. This is a sort of boat graveyard - they've been like that for many years.
