Today I will be making a Bundt Cake / Lemon pudding Ring. High calorie, high fat and too yummy for words.

Traveler,that sounds so good. Before and right after Thanksgiving we all become so saturated with pumpkin this and pumpkin that and those heavy fall spices. Lemon is a much needed change of pace in my book. Of course the calories and high fat content make it all the more delicious. Enjoy!
