Let's Discuss Lucid Dreaming

I have lucid dreams occasionally, but haven't had one that I could 'control' for years.
Both REM and Deep sleep are vital for brain and mental health. Exercise, proper nutrition and taking steps to ease the busy, anxious mind contribute to better sleep. Unfortunately many medications that seniors take adversely affect sleep quality.

I've had a couple of them where I'm flying in the air, I don't think about how or why, but I know it's a dream and to enjoy it to the max. Usually flying over beautiful outdoor landscapes or colorful flower fields, etc. I can control to slow it down and enjoy, or go faster for a thrill.
I've had flying dreams. Also dreams where I'm breathing under water. Not really lucid though.
