..... but not all are alike, and picking the right one can be tricky. Some are a delight, some will mess with your mind, and some are to be avoided at all costs.
It's amazing how vastly diverse they are and how useful they can be from enhancing recipes to formulating medicines. Nature has created an essential element in it's recycling structure, and who would have thought they could be so tasty from the button size to the platter size.
For those who know how to choose them, and those who know how to use them, they are a prized gift of nature. Oddly enough though, they are neither plant nor animal and have their own kingdom. They have secured an important role in nature and even in our lives. I always love to see them when going for a walk in the forest. I guess they just remind me that nature is busy renewing itself.
Anyway, feel free to share pictures, interesting insights, recipes from sauteing, stuffing, grilling, sauces and perhaps even stories and experiences. Let's call them info morsels.
