A friend on another group is struggling with dialysis and we talk some times and so he asked me "what should he have done to have healthy kidneys"...so I found this site and sent it to him. He is forever poo pooing nutrition and supplements and runs to his social medicine and where has it got him? Free drugs and poor health. This is so much a truth.
