Yes indeed! And so many people waste their money chasing false and/or incorrect claims.Supplements aren't regulated in the US. All sorts of claims can be made that can go unchallenged for years. Ingredients may be correct as listed, but also may vary wildly or include or omit things listed. For the consumer it can be nightmare. Trying to research what benefit a supplement may or may not be or how closely what is actually in the bottle is not easy either. I've never heard of it so this is just my supplement cautious view.

The point which was missed is that the same miracle drug was touted to help with tinnitus.... and now it is being touted to help with balance. Next year as sales slump it will be touted to help with something else...
There are lots of inner ear conditions. Which one have you been diagnosed with? What did the doctor recommend as treatment?
