Live Snake Was In Bag Of Potatoes

A lot of snake stuff seems to happen to residents in Australia. This poor woman saw a live snake slither out of her bag of potatoes. I would have been too through!

I would have caught it with a loop stick, and returned it to the wild. Being a survivor of a bite by a 6' Burmese Python who wouldn't let go of my hand, snakes don't bother me. This potato sack snake was "mildly venomous," so it definitely needed some respect, but I wouldn't have killed it, unless it was very close to striking that child.
