Logging in and out

I never log out, but I GOT logged out and had to log in all over again.

How did THAT happen?

No, didn't do anything. Just sitting here enjoying the forum and WHAM ! All at once I find myself logged out !

That happened to me yesterday, i was reading a post and went to reply and found i was logged out :fword:

Sorry about that, I did some search online but didn't find anything useful.

If you are not using Chrome, please give it a try. I had many problems when I was using IE and firefox.

I use Chrome now as I found I had too many problems with firefox and sometimes IE but chrome is great .. no more problems ..
if you do a disk clean you have to log in after wards as I think it deletes all your browing history.. not sure !

I use Chrome also Rainee and find it very good, when you clear your browsing history you do have to log in again, you can go into the browser and select the ones you want to stay but i don't bother too much hassle. And the same for Disc cleanup or if you use CC Cleaner.

If you use CCleaner
Go to Option >cookies
Select site on left hand side then arrow to move to other side Keep Cookies

Staying logged in is not wise, says the 'puter buffs'. If a hacker gets into that particular website your information is available to him/her, which makes sense, for that reason I log off from any forum.

I've had the log off problem 3 or 4 times a day since I joined the forum. It is the first forum I joined, so I thought it was my Kindle. :awman:

If you scan & defrag your computer, this can wipe out your log on.
so then you will need to log on.
