Looking For Free Online Language Classes or Games

Does anyone know any sites that let you learn a language gradually without a fee? I thought Rosetta Stone looked interesting but it's expensive. I think I'm going to be great at the new job. But I'm possibly one of the few sole English speakers. My knowledge of Spanish is junior high level...oh and I know all the curse words...

But really it's something I'd like to pursue as a new learning experience not to mention I'm missing a lot of fun conversation at work. Any suggestions?

Fur, do you have continuing ed night school classes that have reduced rates for seniors? Here we can take Board of Education classes at 50% off the usual price, which ends up being very low.
