Looking for friends in Nova Scotia

Welcome to the forum, Marianne. You are in the right place for making friends, from
all over the world. There are people here from the east coast, though maybe not
specifically Nova Scotia.

Hi! And welcome from the sunny South. Well, actually not sunny today, but...

I understand about being lonely. I'm 82 and a widow. The way I took care of that was to get a job in a supermarket bakery. I get to be with the lights and the people five days a week. The other two days I'm grateful not to have to put up with the lights and the people ;)

You're not anywhere near the storm are you? If so, stay safe!

I was in Nova Scotia vacationing with my parents in 1963. I remember there was a solar eclipse at that time that was big news, but it was cloudy when we were there. Also remember visiting Cambobello, Franklin Roosevelt's summer home, but that was in New Brunswick. We also toured PEI because my mom wanted to see the Anne of Green Gables house.
