Looking for vehicle that doesn't need a gas or break ped to operate?

Is there a vehicle a person that has Diabetic nerve damage in the feet can drive without gas peds and break peds?

There are vehicles that paralyzed people can drive, only using hand based controls.

Here's an article from the US, Dept. of Transportion, NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration)

Adapted Vehicles

My ex-neighbor had a vehicle with all hand controls. He invited me to take it for a ride and I darn near crashed the thing. Before the users get these vehicles, they may go through a training course where they sit in front of a mock steering wheel with all the hand controls included with the mock dashboard. Once they finished the course satisfactory, they order their car. That’s here in PA. I don’t know if all states do the same or not. It may not even be a requirement, but maybe just something the person getting one of these cars elects to do.

Since I tried driving one, I think it’s a good idea to take the instructional class.
