It sickens me to see how many people will start looting stores, etc. after a hurricane or some other event. Here's the looting that went on in Mexico...http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...each-resort-favored-stars-George-Clooney.html
Years back there was looting in NY during the blackout, there was looting in New Orleans after Katrina. Even in Colorado, in the mountain areas hit by floods from the rains not that long ago, there were thieves breaking into victims homes and taking their valuable possessions. What gets into these people? I know I'd be trying to help the victims, not hurt them even more.
Another good reason to have a couple of weapons and ammo in the house. If something happens, like the electrical grid goes down, or there's a natural disaster, at least you'll be able to protect your property from vandals and thieves.
