Looting broke out in Mexico after gas prices went up 20%. The government had been subsidizing gas but stopped because they felt it wasn't the best idea to keep prices artificially low-the market is being deregulated. The president said subsidies were taking money away from the poorest giving to those better off. Sadly 4 deaths so far.
