Lori Daybell Killed Her Two Children But Wanted To Be Excused From Courtroom Because Testimony Was Too "Emotional"

Well, first Letecia Stauch has been granted a new trial, and NOW the ID Supreme Court I hear has agreed to hear Lori Daybell's appeal.

In NEITHER case is this good news. There is little doubt as to the guilt of either but they do have rights...

I don't know who letecia Staunch is... but Daybell is using the court system as a vacation... she's in and out of the courts more than she is in prison.....awful, depraved, despicable, evil, human being

Letecia is almost as despicable. It's hard to compare truly evil people though.

It was a Colorado case. It made a lot of national news but people can easily not see a case depending on what they watch or what SM they are on etc. She killed her stepson Gannon. She's as much of a head case as Lori Daybell. Those of us who watched it kind of followed in real time. She reported him missing... She started getting online and talking. She talked to news. So there was lot one could follow... She lied of course. She did many things.

I don't know if it will ever be known where she first hid him but she ended up moving his body to I think it was Florida. He was probably in the moving trailer while she did a news interview. SHe pulled a lot of things... His body was found probably thanks to her moving it and them being suspicioius of her by then. Then when they were bring her back from down south to CO she attacked the officers and tried to escape. Then she tried to escape while in jail and started writing letters to the judge that there were notes in her peanut butter. The woman is NOT insane as to the legal definition but she's EVIL.

That is the short version of the case and things she did. There's more. Gannon's biological mother was beside herself. Gannon also had a younger bio sister, also a stepchild of this evil woman. Layna is her name I think. She had some things to share also about how they were treated.

The perp Letecia also had a daughter of her own before she married their dad and she was very good to her own daughter and some think the daughter knew some things or was involved. I'm not sure on it but she was 17 or 18 or something and I think she suspected for sure but it also was her mom so I don't blame her as some do... Like she was sent to get cleaning supplies and some other things and get the sister of Gannon out of the house...

Letecia also told some crazy crazy changing stories.

I could go on and on...

However, this woman is guilty as they come. This poor sweet child... And she WAS convicted but now she's been granted a new trial. It's terrible news. I'm sure she will be convicted again and that by law, there was an error in the trial BUT it's just heartbreaking and the mom has to go through it all again. And his loved ones.

Believe me this is the short version of what went on in that case. The Daybells had several states and victims. Letecia had one but it was almost as involved and crazy...
