What were you doing when you last lost track of the time?

I was sketching a portrait, got completely lost in it and couldn’t believe the time when I glanced up at the clock !

well strange as it seems --- I was driving in my last home town where I lived ' as I come off the roundabout
I lost track of where I was going it scared me rigid ' now this was about 9years ago has not happened since thank god ,
when it happened to me I was desperately trying to gather my thoughts lasted maybe 10 secs' ...really odd ..

I lose track of time when working on a sewing project, just find it so relaxing I guess.

Drawing or reading. I get into what Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi calls FLOW. I love it when I can work on something for hours and it seems like only a few minutes have slipped by.
