So sorry to see her death notice .... she had quite an impact on my late husband.
Felt like she was part of our lives.
In his later years he had a nurse-dietician, that he saw often, that he called Nurse Ratched! ... he would come home from office visits with tales of her 'cruel' demands to change his diet. He complained ... but alas, didn't really listen.

I saw the movie, and hated her character. She made an impression on me. Much later, I became a charge Nurse on a ward of 36 patients, in state psychiatric hospital. She was always on my mind as to what not to do.
