Christine and I were asked to go to a Dementia meeting to show some of my photo's.
It is an experimental group that started last week. Although there were only a dozen attending. We set up and proceeded to show Wildlife pictures as they had requested .
Well the reception we had it was full of Ooos and Ahs Some had the first stages of Dementia while some were a bit more advanced.
After I had finished the talk was about all of the colours they had seen on the birds especially.
We were invited to a cup of coffee and cake and was inundated with questions.
The organizer said it was marvelous just to see there faces light up and to see them actually communicating and making new friends.
This is only an eight week trial being permanent if successful we have been invited back again.
