Enjoyed a super trip. Motor homed through Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota and finally Wyoming. Saw a lot of museums and finally made the trek to Mt Rushmore. Had to cut trip short as the weather changed rapidly up there. Did find a wonderful rifle that I'd love to have, and maybe found a new job I'd like to try.

Standing at that podium made me think maybe this is the job for me.
It was kind of nice to see people smiling, and since most were un-masked, (about 70%), you could see their smile.

We were sweltering in Cody Wyoming on Saturday and Sunday (high 90's), and then we saw weather was coming on Monday, so, we lit out of there ( none too soon I might add ). By Monday afternoon, Cody's weather had changed dramatically.

Ha.... I'm afraid I don't have the temperament to be in politics. I'm probably a little too truthful in whatever I'd be saying or trying to accomplish.

In mid 2007, we took a trip to Yellowstone NP. Went to both Upper and Lower areas. Also, stopped at the Buffalo Bill Museum in Cody. Absolutely wonderful trip/experience!

Glad you liked the museum also, squatting dog. If it weren't for the winters in Cody, we would've moved there.

You should go for the job. That bar is very low though so you'd have a lot of competition.

We followed highway 81 through the state. I really enjoy driving through small towns and stopping to see the local site's.

One of the very best rodeos I have ever seen was in Cody. My grandchildren were younger then and really enjoyed joining us on that trip. We left their parents at home and spent most of the week on horseback in the mountains. Cody was a neat little town and the weather was perfect the whole time.
