What's a magazine you enjoy -or used to enjoy -reading?

I used to enjoy reading Rugby World which was monthly.Must check to see if it's still going.
 

Cosmopolitan, but apart from a few pages while waiting in the doctor’s surgery, I havn’t read a magazine for years
 

Also, The Mother Earth News but long ago. Life, Mad, Teen mags, Bon Appetit, The New Yorker, Better Homes and Gardens, Redbook, Comics, some Sci-Fi, Time, True Confessions, Reader's Digest, Yankee and Cosmo, too.

Another vote for The Mother Earth News.

Also Organic Gardening & Farming, Alaska, Pennsylvania Game News.

The old issues dealt with life a little closer to the bone. The new issues seem to focus on what you can buy instead of what you can do. It seems like these days we all need to buy a book, take a course, download an app, buy a solution or hire an expert to deal with any of life's little problems.
 
I have been reading Readers Digest since I was a sprout. Did read Mother Earth News for a while, and Good Housekeeping...until it had more ads than anything. I do like the magazine that comes with AARP membership, too.

MAD magazine was great. loved it.
 
I used to enjoy Good Housekeeping, Womens Day and Family Circle. Now there are to many ads and geared more to young working Mothers. My sister in law gives me her old Traditional Home, and Country Living magazines and I enjoy one called Birds and Bloom. Nice photos in that one.
 
I remember the Saturday Evening Post, as well. Nowdays the only magazines I ever read are the ones in waiting rooms -- a People if there's one there. I used to subscribe to Mother Earth, but quit when it kinda changed direction.
 
That’s life and another magazine called Take 5 they both are full of puzzles ,as well as stories to keep the ole gray matter working
I used to buy one of each every week as the puzzles have prizes if you complete them enough to get the answer which you them post into the magazine on the supplied page for answers but I got sick of it so I only buy one of them every now and then and rarely post ( as in mailing) in the puzzle answers

We used to subscribe to numerous magazines. National Geographic was a favourite, as well as Maclean's (a Canadian news magazine), Chatelaine (also Cdn.), Oprah, Reader's Digest, Bon Appetit, Popular Mechanices .. and many more. I bought a lot of crossword puzzle books and Martha Stewart special editions at the supermarket checkout.
 
I used to subscribe to People magazine but I cancelled it after a couple of years.
I got tired of seeing Chip&Joanna Gaines on the cover every other month. I used to watch their show on HGTV'Fixer Upper' every week,but after a couple of yrs,I stopped watching.They became 'over exposed' in my opinion. Sue
