Mail on Sunday?

Southern California here. Amazon has a contract with USPS to deliver packages on Sunday. We see the postal trucks here on Sunday but that's all they're delivering, packages for Amazon. Just thought I'd share :coffee:. Don...

Edit: To add I hadn't seen officerripley's post before making mine but we said basically the same thing :).

I received a package today(Sun.)...not thru Amazon..but, an on-line purchase..
the selling co. must have a contract with USPS, too.
I was very surprised..but was notified thru the Email..or it would have sat on my front porch..for who knows how long.!

UPS: "Your package is in your city, on a truck driven by Mike. It will arrive at 6:27 p.m. today."

FedEx: "Your package is coming. You'll get it when we get there."

USPS: "What package?"

Amazon: "We are already inside your residence. Check the bathroom."

Google: "We know you were thinking about getting a toaster oven yesterday. Here are 20 ads for toaster ovens."
