How come men sleep far more than us women do ' iam thinking they can nod off so quickly and usually anywhere , is because they seldom worry over life and whats going on around them -if men can get their body in a chair feet up their happiest , whats your views on so many zzzz !!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband could sleep on a washing line with bombs exploding round him, and he'd sleep like a baby .. and on his days off, he can sleep 12 hours straight..

Think of the exact opposite to all of that and that's ME>..!!

Totally agree. If my husband assumes the position, he's out like a light.

I can't relate to this. My wife sleeps way more than I do. Most of us older dudes have enlarged prostates which for me means I can go 4-5 hours tops before I have to get up and pee.

Well, I'm a man (at least the last time I checked) & I can only sleep 5-6 hours/night. And I don't find it easy to fall asleep.
So, either I'm an exception, or you're mistaken.

My hubby can fall asleep quicker than it takes for me to put hand lotion on. He snores like crazy. I told him one time to please give me a chance to close my eyes before you start sawing wood. Usually I sleep in my daughters old room where I can read until two in the morning,toss and turn when I feel like it and do my worrying in peace.

If the TV gets turned on, my wife automatically goes to sleep. We have matching recliners with electric motors.
