Modern hair transplants are incredibly advanced and for the most part, look much better than old-fashioned hair plugs.

Real hair follicles (donor’s hair) are transferred from one section of the scalp to another with the help of very fine instruments. The transfer is from areas in the back and side of the head – which never go bald – to the front and top of the head. These non-balding areas are called donor areas.

A good candidate for a hair transplant is someone with a sufficient supply of donor hair. It must be enough to cover the balding areas as well as any other areas that might lose hair in the future.

And it helps to be very rich.

I know someone who had that done. I'm glad the process has improved.

Me too and it's bad enough not accepting your loss of hair but these silly-cone titties and botox lips are just plain ugly! I mean, I am sympathetic for those with down's Syndrome and also those with birth defects (my paternal instincts go into full throttle) .... but those who voluntarily deform themselves is utter disgust.

Yeah, most people accept you as you look-bald or not. But I don't know of any guy, whose fondest wish was to be bald. And I doubt any women wish to be bald, either. Our hair means a lot to us. I bet you can remember finding you first grey hair. So, I have no problem with hair replacement options. I hated the old plug thing. It looked like a forest, which was clear cut every other acre. As long as it makes the owner happy, who cares.
