Man who founded Jelly Belly name to give away candy factory as part of 'gold ticket' treasure hunt

I have mixed feelings about such.

Prizes, yes, but the key to ones very own candy factory, I don't agree with, simply because the dedication and commitment towards such a venture won't be high on many people's list, and for people who aren't really interested, it strikes me as being all but a waste.

They keep saying that David Klein is the founder of "Jelly Belly name"? What does that mean? he came up the the name of a candy, or the company? To me , it's kind of strange wording. In my opinion, this is a rip off. First, it's take off on a famous puzzle quest. And after shelling out $50, you get to possibly win a "candy factory", which could consist of a Mattel Easy Bake Oven, and a 5 lb. bag of sugar.
