Many workers seem to be having trouble using those old fangled things called a landline phone. You know those things with a couple of cords, mechanical buttons and this big giant hand set the size of a brick. Just a decade or two of technology advancements and old school basic tech goes flying out the window.

I know the young ones are frequently clueless about landline. Had trouble with my landline phone included in a bundle of internet and tv services and thought I was talking about cell phone service for starters.
It's a wonder that businesses and people actually functioned with phone cords and paper envelopes. Oh the humanity.
