Marie's dream reminded me of bathroom dreams...

I am constantly having bathroom dreams. I have to tinkle really bad and I can't find a bathroom. If I do find one the door doesn't close, or lock, or there is no door. Or, all the stalls are full or all the toilets are filthy. Is it me? Or, does anybody else have re-occurring "gotta go" dreams?

Glad I don't have those types of dreams Patty.......knowing me I'd probably wake up in a wet bed.

I have those dreams too Pattypan, haven't had one in awhile but I have had them pretty often. Like you I'm looking, walking up and down hallways, taking stairs and elevators, asking people, only to find that they are in full view of people who aren't even using the bathroom, or like you say filthy, etc. Not just you. Also, usually when I wake up after having one, I head straight to my clean and private bathroom. k:

Oh gosh..I have had the exact types of dreams. Either cannot find a working bathroom, or there are people milling around in them. I often wake up really having to go.

Yep, me too. Not too often thank goodness but it does happen sometimes.

Me, too. In my dreams, I often have to use a toilet out in the middle of a room.

I'd love to know what all that "means".

Yes I have dreams like that now and then. I read a couple of dream analysis books that say it might mean there is a difficult situation or emotion weighing on you that needs to be faced, and then released. Another analysis suggested that perhaps we are feeling that we need more time to ourselves. Who knows.....but dreams are intriguing to me!
