Apparently a shipment from China that was spotted last month. Unsure why shipment sitting there. An attack not suspected at this time.

Sounds like something that should go direct to a facility used to handling it.

safety first practices have always been woefully low I remember discussing this about the last one years ago - may other countries usually demand high standards of care but it all costs money

Death toll now at 46 with 1,000 injured. The chemical used in solid rocket propellant for missiles. Some conflicting accounts and authorities seem to blaming a port company going so far to say the cargo might have been mislabled???
