I can't say you are wrong. I have always done the unthinkeable and ignored the Old Testament because the God depicted there was not my God. My God was/and is the God of Love and Peace! And that's what I keep on preaching! I love to think of Him/Her as the Great Spirit rather than a fatherly figure sitting on a throne!
 

Christ came in the lineage of the OT - he was well versed in the Jewish scriptures and would argue with the scribes etc in the temple - his parents were Jews and his brothers etc . But there are many jews today who do not accept his role in religious ways - that's why there is bloodshed in Israel and Palestine - the jews and arabs historically started from the same father Abraham - but abrahams lineage was handed to his Jewish son not arabic son - remember there were two mothers who had provided Abraham with a son - the first born became the leader of Muslims the second born Jews. scoure the scriptures!! was all of this Gods plan for modern man/woman??

I'll have to put a stop to this! I do not consider the Bible to be inerrant, something dictated by God. Therefore any of my thoughts would fall on deaf ears. I am deeply spiritual, I am not religious!
 
Wonder Women for President, and the Swedish bikini team for congress please. Of course then we have Marjorie Taylor Green, and Lauren Boebert. Doesn't get much crazier than that.
