The late Rev. Schuller, founder of the Crystal Cathedral (now Christ Cathedral) in Garden Grove near Los Angeles:

There is a bulletin board outside of my Psychiatrist's office...it is for the Eating Disorder Clinic.

During one of my doctor's visits 5 years ago I wrote down and pinned this to the board...

"Everyone is born with a gift, and there would be one less colour in the Rainbow without you."

Of course I was manic/ psychotic when I wrote it, but I wanted to encourage the patients of that clinic to have hope. I saw my Psychiatrist last week, and my note is still pinned to that bulletin board...half a decade later! :)
